Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may already be in the processing phase and we may not be able to accommodate your request.

If your cancellation request is submitted within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in the quality and effectiveness of DIVEROM products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still not satisfied, you may return the items after the initial 14 days, as long as the request is made within the 60-day guarantee period. Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during transit. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Packaging damage (such as dented boxes) with the product still in good condition is not considered product damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@diverom.com and attaching a clear photo of the damage.
After review, we will determine your eligibility for a free replacement. Please note that we do not issue refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, DIVEROM is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen factors.

If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed during transit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, you will not be eligible for a resend or refund.
