Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. Once a package has been handed over to the courier, it is no longer under our direct control.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@diverom.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier, as most shipping providers have procedures for investigating lost or stolen packages. We will also contact the courier on your behalf to help facilitate the process and provide updates.
Please note that DIVEROM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and such cases fall outside our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be located.
In certain cases, the courier may successfully locate and deliver your package. If the package remains missing, you may also consider filing a police report.
